Do We Have A Choice About Our Health? I Chose A Paleo Diet - Eat Fat, Keep Trim And Be Healthy

" Your model is so intrinsic to your mental process that you are hardly aware of its existence , until you try to communicate with someone with a different paradigm . " - Donella Meadows

This is just my opinion . Admittedly I'm a little passionate about it , after working as a personal trainer for 6 years and now runs a company that deals directly with this issue , but still, that's just my opinion . I say this because I encourage everyone to check the facts themselves. In my case , there is no veil that covers the food industry all depends on the person to lift and take a look back.

When I heard the term " paleo- diet I thought it again. Another marketing ploy created grounds covered financially in mind. I understand why it is so easy to dismiss something new that we hear in the media. Much easier than humans to stick to what we know and we say that what we eat is good, I mean ... as human beings we are always right ... right ? But what if we hurt ? What then?

I've always been curious, constantly digging and asking questions about the health and wellness industry , which is in my DNA. As part of a nutrition company that can interact with many other industry experts as well . Naturopaths, nutritionists, athletes tight, and owners / clients CrossFit .

Then we have those at the other end of the scale, weight problems and more serious health problems.

After years of this snooping around to see what really suits the road always leads me to how I ate for years (and I feel fine ! ) . What I did not know is that the paleo diet is called. I learned that there are different versions of the paleo diet , but in a nutshell this is how I do things and that is why we have adopted the Paleo diet nutrition 180.

Unfortunately, most of the industry is motivated by money for profit and every dollar counts. There is no real health problems, if there were then why are we getting fatter as a nation each year? Why is there so much confusion ? If data continues to grow each year , 100 % of us will be obese by the year 2030 ! Can it be true?

Makes these foods every day?

Seriously think about it for a while.

If you know your daily food intake should improve and he woke up in the morning completely inspired , what is the first thing you eliminate from your diet ? What do you begin to buy and eat more ?

People tell me they eat a healthy diet all the time, but when it starts to break down the food you eat are anything but!

Check the list below. Is the diet of these foods ?

* Soy milk
* Low-fat yogurt
* Breakfast Cereals
* Pan
* rice
* Pasta
* Gluten free muffins , cakes, etc.
* 99% fat free products
* Corn Fed or processed meat
* The homogenized milk
* Organic packaged

These foods make an appearance in the total daily diet of many people . Take a look and you'll see they are not very nutritious at all . All I see is a lot of sugar , carbohydrates are primarily processed ( it has the same effect on the body as sugar) , processed fats ( my belief is that they are very harmful ) and some preservatives and flavorings etc. from a large extent . Oh and organic ... a buzzword that is highly commercialized , but can not withstand scrutiny .

You can get a box of organic cardboard, but that does not mean it's a healthy choice if you eat .

So where are all the nutrients ?

My belief is that these types of foods contribute to our health problems . Lack of nutrients on insulin production . Add to that a busy work week with stress levels through the roof , add a sedentary lifestyle and get you into trouble .

But the good news is that with a little planning and creativity, you can control what you eat . As I always say, do not count calories , not what happens in the calculation of the mouth!

If there is one thing that brings this post , remember this and do the same thing : " Carbohydrates controls insulin , insulin controls fat storage. "

I hear a lot of confusion around this issue , especially when it comes to weight loss . And yet - FAT . Not the kind of love handles fat, but the fat we eat.

If you could make changes in diet and simple physics in their daily lives that could greatly improve your overall health over time you want? Of course , I would think. But I often hear resistance to change when it comes to the food we eat , especially when it comes to fat. Therefore, consider the following quote below.

"All truth passes through three stages First, it is ridiculed Second, it is violently opposed Third, it is accepted as self-evident . . . . " - Arthur Schopenhauer , German philosopher

So what do you think is healthy now ? I have outlined below what I usually eat in a typical day and what I consider a typical daily diet for many people :

typical breakfast
* Slice of multigrain bread and Jam
* Museli

my breakfast
* Capsules oil, cod liver oil capsules increasing krill ( Making a series of essential fatty acids)
* 3 omelette with vegetables , mushrooms , parmesan and spices
or
* 3 or 4 tablespoons of protein SuperFood 180, two organic eggs , a little milk , coconut ice cream , a few berries and a little water. Mix. ( Anything I sometimes use 1/2 avocado, spinach or frozen . In the refrigerator )

typical lunch
Salad and sandwich meat (like focaccia bread )

my lunch
* Big chicken salad with olive oil

* Typical snack in the afternoon
* 99 % fat free muffin

my snack
* Half of avocado with chopped tomatoes and ricotta . Salt and pepper the Sea.
* Typical Dinner
* Pesto Pasta Chicken

my dinner
* Fed to grass beef ( palm of the hand size ) cooked rare in coconut oil and Cajun with vegetables.

Are you eating the typical daily diet is perceived as healthy ? If so, why ? Is it harmful to your health in the long term ? Can you see the difference between meals ?

From my years of experience , I think the natural fat is not the culprit. Personally, I do not care how eating natural fat (including cholesterol organic eggs and grass-fed beef ) and I make sure to have a wide range of fatty acids (omega -3 is particularly - big fan of krill oil ) . I moderate in protein and most of my carbs come in the form of vegetables and some fruit. I cut all sugar.I stop eating when it is full and do not eat until I'm hungry. I train almost every day and always try to sleep a good night . Very simple, really.

I think most people are struggling to get your head around eating fat (NOTE : I'm talking about natural fat natural fat from grass-fed animals are not fed corn or fats that have homogenized been hydrogenated or do most of my . ! . avoid processed fat ) and this is understandable. He teaches us a low-fat diet is healthy. If you eat differently , then it must belong to a cult !

But I encourage you to do is to search and be open . In 2007 , I found a small organization to help people with chronic diseases and cancer. They supported through natural resources, including nutrition care (think the commitment of an Olympic athlete) , strength training and the creation of a community of mutual support.

I do not know someone with cancer, personally , I have no more cancer, but I 've heard stories of remarkable results. And I listened to the low -fat diet rich in carbohydrates. All this goes against the things that I have learned ( and I work in the area of health and well -being) . But I was curious, so curious , in fact, I called a week later and flew up there. It would be very easy to dismiss but necessary to learn more .

I met more than 20 people with various forms of cancer in this weekend. It was no miracle cures or false, but simply to give the best possible chance for the body to heal itself through nutrition and the environment. Many people were in ketogenesis ( when the body does not have carbohydrates available , fat must be broken down into acetyl CoA - in order to get energy , not to be confused with ketoacidosis) for more than 12 months and is doing very good.

While these guys eat? A diet rich in natural fat protein , moderate, with lots of vegetables and minimal carbohydrates. What was even more interesting than most of these people (because of illness ) , where they are monitored by their GP. It is common to find many health problems occurring at the same time , with chronic diseases such as cancer. High blood pressure , cholesterol , high bowel problems , depression, etc. So the report for examinations for many of them . If stuck diligently to his new healthy lifestyle and weight ( 100% commitment as an Olympic athlete , remember ! ) , Then many of these symptoms when it starts to improve.

It was for me to start digging more into question what we learn to eat? For me, of course ! Is this the right way to eat ? To me , that's for sure . I treat everything as an adventure and continue to learn , and I always want to try to fit the pieces.

What is good for you? Only you can really answer that question. But then I encourage you to be curious , open and try new things .

So the question is , are you a healthy diet ?

Do you really question what you eat ?

Are you healthy? If not, why?

If I could do anything right now, it would be a positive step to improving your health , what would it be ?
